I am a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor working in Harley Street, Central London and in Hungerford, Berkshire. My work is integrative which means my training included most psychotherapeutic theories and methods. This is very helpful as it means that I can work with each client in an individual way using the approach that suits them best. I treat each client with empathy and warmth and provide a safe space from which my clients can explore what are sometimes very painful issues.

My work is based on the transpersonal principle of building and expanding on people's strengths or 'qualities'. I also examine the childhood issues that cause pain and difficulty in adult life. People often come to therapy in crisis or distress. As the therapy begins to work, they feel more stabilised. This gives them a chance to re-examine themselves, to understand and tackle the issues that cause pain, confusion and difficulty, which stand in the way of making their life happy and fulfilled. It then becomes possible to make any necessary changes, gain ascendancy over their childhood issues, and to access their true personality. At this point, they are able to sense the right direction to go in and set goals that give them a sense of fulfilment and achievement in life.
