What is nutritional therapy?

Physical and mental health are linked to what and how you eat, which in turn is affected by your environment, attitudes and lifestyle. Nutritional Therapy focuses on practical, sustainable approaches to help your body to absorb, digest and use the nutrients it needs to function at its best. Eating well can be easy and enjoyable. In the beginning it may take effort, and probably some planning, but it can quickly become a good habit that provides the basis for improved vitality and health. Nutritional Therapy is not a substitute for medical care but can work effectively in conjunction to support it.
